New Clients
All new clients require a consultation prior to booking. If there are no available appointments during your preferred time, please email us at bri@brialexanderwellness.com. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Payments
A signed agreement and payment are required to secure your session. Payments can be made electronically, unless otherwise noted.
If your organization requires net-30 payment terms, please let us know during the initial inquiry process.
Pricing
Our pricing structure is based on service tiers and scope of project. It does not fluctuate based on attendance.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We understand that things come up.
We try to be mindful of everyone’s time when facilitating and allow a 15-minute grace period for our sessions. Delays exceeding 15 minutes may result in shortened or rescheduled sessions depending on availability and event logistics.
Cancellations made over 7 business days before the session receive a 75% refund.
Cancellations within 4-6 business days receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 3 business days are nonrefundable but eligible for a one-time transfer to a later date.
Wellness Waivers & Liability
Participation in any Bri Alexander Wellness LLC service is strictly voluntary and is not a replacement for medical treatment. I understand there may be contraindications, including but not limited to: first-trimester pregnancy, pacemakers, metal implants, seizure disorders, severe tinnitus, sound sensitivity, or any medical condition that may be affected by sound vibration. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult a medical professional if I have any concerns. I agree not to hold Bri Alexander Wellness LLC, the practitioner, or its representatives liable for any injury, discomfort, or adverse effects arising from participation.
